Heidi, a former six-year member of the U.S. National Taekwondo team, opened a brand-new school from scratch \u2014 starting at zero.<\/p>\r\n

The Problem<\/h2>\r\n

As a startup, she needed to build enrollment, pricing, and program structure quickly to reach profitability in her first year.<\/p>\r\n

The Strategy<\/h2>\r\n

Heidi implemented the full Martial Arts Wealth Mastery program from day one \u2014 basic, Black Belt Club, and leadership tuition structures, plus enrollment systems.<\/p>\r\n

Within eight or nine months of opening, the new school reached about $36,000\u2013$37,000 in a single month \u2014 all within its first year.<\/p>\r\n
