{"id":11136,"date":"2026-10-08T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-08T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/martialartswealth.com\/go\/?p=11136"},"modified":"2026-10-07T20:57:20","modified_gmt":"2026-10-07T20:57:20","slug":"live-meetings-martial-arts-wealth-mastery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martialartswealth.com\/go\/live-meetings-martial-arts-wealth-mastery\/","title":{"rendered":"Why One Live Meeting Is Worth Six Months of Zoom Calls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;It was probably equivalent to about six months of the Zoom meetings that we have weekly.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is how one Martial Arts Wealth Mastery member summed up the live members&#8217; meeting in Colorado this fall, on the first coaching call after he got home. He had been on the weekly calls for months. Two days in the room, he said, moved him further than half a year of them.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where the Value Actually Comes From<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not the presentations. I have always believed most of the value of a live meeting is in three places the agenda never lists:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The hallway conversations.<\/strong> Between sessions, members ask each other the questions they would never ask on a group call.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The lunches and dinners.<\/strong> Owners compare real numbers, real problems and real fixes with people who have already solved them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The behind-the-scenes school visit.<\/strong> Members walk into a working Mile High Karate school and watch the systems run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Elevator Tip<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is a small example of what happens in the hallways. That same newer member found himself in an elevator with one of the group&#8217;s most successful operators and asked for one tip:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;He said, raise your prices sooner than later. He says he regrets that he did not raise his prices sooner. So when I came back, I immediately raised the prices up to the $397 amount for the memberships.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><cite>\u2014 Martial Arts Wealth Mastery member<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within days he was enrolling new families at the higher rate. One sentence, from someone who had lived the mistake, did what a slide never would.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seeing It Run<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lot of what we teach is hard to picture until you see it moving effortlessly through a school. Pulling your entire student body up to assist and instruct, at any age. Building a Leadership program that most advanced students choose. Rotating curriculum. People hear about these on a call and cannot imagine how they work. Then they watch them run for an evening, and they cannot imagine going back.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another member who was there summed up what he went home to change: the kids program, starting with the price, then the sales presentation, then the intro lesson.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;But I&#8217;d Have to Close the School&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the objection I hear most, and it is the weakest one. Tell your families you are going to a staff training event.
