With some small adjustments to speak to your specific industry, Master Oliver’s system can more broadly be applied to schools catering to any segment of the children’s market. The marketing, advertising, and pricing advice provided here will help any school owner grow their empire and ultimately dominate the local market. We tend to get so focused on the latest technological advances, the latest shiny object, especially in marketing that we end up losing track of basic, eternally true principles of how to position our schools and how to communicate with our marketplace. Trying to navigate the digital world and not fall behind, it’s easy to forget that schools are first and foremost people businesses.
