What Martial Arts Wealth Mastery Does
We are not a single-channel marketing agency and we are not limited to one style of martial art. Martial Arts Wealth Mastery provides end-to-end business coaching and consulting across the areas that actually move a school or gym’s profitability:
- Marketing & lead generation — online and offline campaigns, live events, referral systems, and community outreach.
- Sales & enrollment — intro/trial processes, enrollment conversations, and staff scripting that converts inquiries into long-term members.
- Student retention — curriculum structure, Black Belt Club and leadership programs, and the systems that keep students enrolled longer.
- Pricing & tuition strategy — positioning, tuition modeling, and upgrade programs that raise student value without losing members.
- Operations & staffing — hiring, instructor development, and the day-to-day systems that let owners scale beyond themselves.
Who We Serve

Coaching the Industry: 1985 to Today
Stephen Oliver began coaching other martial arts school owners in 1985, while in the midst of opening his first six locations in and around metropolitan Denver. That year he became the first-ever “Success Story” feature in Century Martial Arts’ client newsletter, and a follow-up the following year covered Mile High Karate’s expansion — ultimately the only school ever profiled in that publication. The features produced a flood of calls from school owners wanting to learn his systems and processes.
As a founding member of the Educational Funding Company (EFC) Board of Directors, he referred most of those callers to EFC and became the organization’s leading keynote speaker, seminar leader and featured school. He was the keynote speaker at EFC’s first convention and at every one that followed through 2000, and ran seminars throughout the country including Tampa, Chicago, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale and New York City. He served on the EFC board from its inception through 2001. Some owners he coached directly — among them Terry Bryant in Colorado Springs, Colorado, whom he helped build into a million-dollar school operation.
In 1999 he wrote Extraordinary Marketing, the first program of its kind teaching martial arts school owners how to use the internet to market their schools. Off the back of it he launched bootcamps, regional seminars and individual coaching, formally founding the organization in 2000 as Stephen Oliver’s Inner Circle. It was later rebranded Martial Arts Wealth Mastery.
Both dates are accurate and they describe the same continuous body of work: coaching since 1985, formally organized in 2000.
