Your 90-Day AI Implementation Roadmap for Martial Arts Schools

Knowing about AI discovery, GEO content, Voice AI, and automation is one thing. Implementing it without overwhelm is another. Here is the 90-day roadmap that takes a martial arts school from zero to an AI-powered growth engine — one phase at a time.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–2)

Start with intelligence and infrastructure, not random posting.

  • Days 1–2 — Competitive intelligence: run a full AI-platform audit of your top 4 competitors. Ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity the questions parents ask, and document who gets recommended and why. Map the citation and content gaps you can win.
  • Days 3–4 — Entity mapping + technical setup: install schema markup site-wide, set up tracking, create content templates, and establish your brand voice guidelines.
  • Days 5–7 — Content sprint: write 5 Best Fit Briefs, 3 location posts, and 2 instructor profiles; design your content calendar.
  • Days 8–14 — Launch + outreach: publish the first wave, mirror to Google Business Profile and social, start internal linking and a review-request system, and contact 5 potential community partners.

Phase 2 — Momentum (Weeks 3–8)

Now build velocity and authority. Run a daily publishing rhythm — Monday Best Fit Brief + GBP post, Tuesday video + transcript, Wednesday location post + social, Thursday program update + FAQ, Friday AI audit + optimization. Layer in authority work: launch a special-needs content hub, build your first comparison tables, distribute a press release, and host a free workshop. In weeks 7–8, expand into multimedia — program-overview videos, transformation stories, a virtual tour, and short social clips. This is also when you switch on Voice AI and automated follow-up so the new traffic actually converts.

Phase 3 — Optimization (Weeks 9–12)

Let the data lead. Adjust your content strategy around what’s working, expand successful topics, improve weak performers, increase review velocity, and deepen partnerships. In the final two weeks, scale: double content production, launch paid promotion behind your best assets, and plan next quarter.

The daily execution checklist

Consistency beats intensity. A simple daily cadence keeps the engine running: a 30-minute morning block (check overnight inquiries and their source, respond to reviews, share social, scan competitors, review metrics), a 45-minute midday block (create your primary content piece, update schema, optimize internal links, communicate with partners), and a 15-minute evening block (final social post, review the day, plan tomorrow). If you’re not showing up in AI recommendations yet, the fixes are predictable: increase content specificity, build more citations, strengthen local partnerships, raise review velocity, and validate your schema.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before AI starts recommending my school?

Most schools begin seeing AI citations and recommendations within the 90-day window as the content library deepens, schema is validated, and reviews and local signals accumulate. Consistency in Phase 2 is the biggest driver.

What if I’m not showing up in AI recommendations?

Verify your schema, check that content is indexed, improve citation quality and local relevance, and raise review velocity. Most visibility problems trace back to thin, too-promotional content or missing structured data.

Do I need to do all of this myself?

No. Much of it can be templatized, delegated, or automated — and our coaching team helps owners implement the whole roadmap. Call the office for a free school evaluation to map your specific plan.
